Chase Sapphire has collaborated with Yoon Ahn for the new “Seoul is in the Details” campaign.

Ahn explores the South Korean city to show Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers how they can immerse themselves in the culture by building an itinerary with Reserve Travel Designers, dedicated advisors who can help you curate a bespoke travel experience. Cardmembers can also use Chase Travel to book airfare, dining, and hotels. Chase’s Edit properties, which “are a curated collection of luxury hotels,” feature benefits such as a $100 property credit, breakfast for two, room upgrades depending on availability, and more.

The Ambush creative director was a “natural partner” for Chase’s campaign because she’s a well-traveled citizen of the world. Born in South Korea, Ahn was raised in Seattle and is now based in Tokyo.

“Travel has always been a major source of creative inspiration for me, and being able to celebrate that shared passion through this campaign with Chase Sapphire Reserve was really special,” Ahn said in a statement shared with Complex.

Ahn continued, “I’ve had the opportunity to spend my life and career in different cities, but I was born in Korea, so Seoul has always held a special place in my heart. This campaign was my way to show love to this incredible city by curating a snapshot of the vibrant energy and rich culture that make Seoul so magical.”

“Korean pop culture has been gaining steam in the global zeitgeist for years now. And there’s so much to love: viral streaming shows, award-winning Korean films, K-Pop, Korean skincare,” Hillary Reinsberg, who is the Head of Content, Card & Connected Commerce at Chase, said while speaking about the new campaign. “We’ve also seen a ton of amazing new Korean restaurants in the U.S. over the past few years. It’s no surprise that more and more American travelers want to dive deeper into Korean culture through a visit to Seoul. And there’s data to prove it: we’ve seen a meaningful increase in bookings to the city on Chase Travel. All of this made Seoul such an obvious fit for Chase Travel’s ’25 Trips To Take In 2025′ list.”
