‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ x Adidas Sneaker Collabs Surface

Adidas is collaborating with Nickelodeon’s iconic cartoon series, SpongeBob SquarePants, on a multi-sneaker collection coming soon.

Newly leaked images have emerged of the SpongeBob SquarePants x Adidas Superstar and Stan Smith, with each pair inspired by one of the show’s protagonists. The first model pays homage to Patrick Star and features a pink suede upper inspired by the starfish’s body. A graphic of the character is printed on the tongue tag, while special co-branding is printed on the insoles.

Next up is an elevated version of the classic Stan Smith to mirror the design of SpongeBob’s signature black dress shoes in the show. The sneaker has a shiny leather upper and a new tooling inspired by dress shoes.

According to Sole Retriever, the two SpongeBob x Adidas sneakers will release sometime in November. Check back soon for official updates.
