Celebrity grills (sometimes stylized as grillz) and custom jewelry continue to level up. From your favorite rappers to fashionistas, we are constantly impressed by the creative takes on these diamond teeth that we keep seeing.
Grills aren’t just diamonds and gold anymore. Jewelers like Gabby Elan and Johnny Dang are some of the trailblazers that continue to take the art form of grill making to new heights.

Jeweler: Johnny Dang
We couldn’t make a list about grills and not show some love to the legends, Paul Wall and Johnny Dang. This grill is dubbed the Honeymoon set because it features “a wedding ring on every tooth.” Damn, we feel broke just thinking about that. No rapper does grills quite like Paul Wall.
Jewelers: Alex Moss (Marry Me?) and Dolly Cohen (I Do)
It’s never been confirmed if everyone’s favorite celebrity couple is officially married. The closest thing we’ve gotten is this pair of grills worn by Rocky and Rih in the “D.M.B.” video. Bending metal into words for your nuptials, how romantic.

At first glance, these grills look very traditional. What makes them so crazy is the price tag. Yachty literally put his money where his mouth is and got over $1 million worth of diamonds implanted on his four molars. That’s all we should have to say.

When we were teenagers, we just hoped to get an Xbox 360 for Christmas. In 2025, North West got a whole set of diamond grills from the legend Johnny Dang. The shark tooth-shaped fangs remind us of another set of rapper grills that you’ll see a bit further up the list. These are a perfect homage, courtesy of one of the best grill makers in the game.

Pharrell’s custom jewelry collection is one of the most celebrated (and collected) of all time. There’s a reason for that. He has always pushed new boundaries with frequent collaborators like Gabby Elan and Jacob the Jeweler.
His most recent grill unveiled in December 2025 came courtesy of Gabby Elan. It seemed to take some inspiration from his pal Pusha T’s quotable opening line, “Yellow diamonds look like pee pee,” from “Ace Trumpets.” The full set features fancy vivid yellow emerald and asscher cut diamonds that have been custom cut set into 18-karat yellow gold. Nobody does grills quite like Skateboard P.

Hypland founder Jordan Bentley channeled his interests into this grill that has his smile looking like the final scene of Avengers: End Game. The spaced out teeth make the visual that much more interesting.

A hand-painted portrait on every tooth is an incredible feat on its own. The fact that the grill is meant to honor some of Ferg’s lost loved ones like ASAP Yams, Virgil Abloh, and Takeoff makes it that much more special.

Riff Raff had himself looking like a Batman super villain. This one has stayed with us for years. This video originally posted on Vine (RIP) many years ago is a major reason why.

That’s a whole Da Vinci painting on his teeth. The inside-out grills that Sabbat grabbed from Japan’s Grillz Jewelz in 2025 deserve some love too, but nothing tops this art piece.
