And thanks to Nordstrom’s End-of-Season sale that kicked off on April 1, a handful of the brand’s greatest hits are marked down as low as 60 percent (not an April Fool’s joke).

Popular brands like Carhartt are typically the first to run out of stock, but we managed to find a handful of essentials still up for grabs—including the cult-favorite cargo pants in a spring-ready shade of olive green. Falling somewhere between a traditional workwear cargo and a chino, these cotton twill pants are lightweight and have slim pockets for a more streamlined look.
