Charli XCX is having a Bride Summer!

On July 19, footage of the 32-year-old pop star posing for photos in a white wedding dress began circulating on social media. Standing next to 1975 drummer George Daniel, Charli XCX can be seen holding a bouquet of white flowers while dressed in a bridal minidress with a sweetheart neckline and off-the-shoulder sleeves, which she paired with a matching veil.

The pair seemed to be surrounded by their wedding party, with Daniel wearing a boutonniere that matched his partner’s bouquet. According to Just Jared, the wedding took place in London, though details of their alleged nuptials have yet to be shared by either party. Of course, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen the “365” singer in a veil. She recently wore a sheer black Dilara Findikoglu dress and matching headpiece to the 2025 Brit Awards, where she took home five trophies. At the time, she was joined on stage by her then-fiancé while accepting the award for Best Dance Act.

Charli XCX once wrote an entire song about vibing with the drummer and producer at the NME Awards in 2020. Though the pair weren’t dating at the time, Charli said they were texting and “very into each other.” After finally collaborating on the No Rome single “Spinning” in 2021, the pair formed a strong working relationship before going public with their romance in 2022 and announcing their engagement in November 2023.

“Charli xcx and george daniel fucking for life!!!” she captioned photos of her engagement rings in a since-deleted Instagram post, per People. According to the publication, the announcement came just seven months after the “Boys” singer jockingly called out her partner’s band on their Instagram page, commenting, “Stop touring, George needs to buy a ring.”
