A championing of “confidence and individualism” is at the core of a new Nordstrom pop-up experience from Jordan Brand.
That’s the assessment of D’Anna Foster, who serves as GM of Jordan Brand Women’s Streetwear North America. In a statement, Foster hinted at the impact she and the rest of the team are expecting to see as the pairing takes shape.
“The Jordan Brand partnership with Nordstrom magnifies our enduring legacy and impact on the women’s community,” Foster said via email. “This innovative apparel and footwear experience gives her access to styling experts that inspire her to structure the perfect headto-toe streetwear look with confidence and individualism.”
Dubbed Jordan Brand at the Corner, the limited-time-only experience will be open at the Nordstrom flagship in New York City through Nov. 10. The pop-up boasts exclusive pieces, special drops, and a curated lineup of events including weekly Girl Talk sessions. This Thursday, for example, will see the Fashion, Face, & Fits talk kicking off at 6:00 p.m. local time with three panelists. An upcoming event on Nov. 7, meanwhile, will focus on a breakdown of the best releases of the year.
