Zendaya has continued to reference the widely venerated bridal tradition in her latest red-carpet look.

On Thursday, her stylist, Law Roach, took to X to thank Cate Blanchett for providing her Armani dress as Zendaya’s “something borrowed.”

“Thank you to Cate Blanchett, who wore this Armani Prive dress in 2022 and 2025 and lent it to us from her personal archive,” Roach wrote.

Zendaya wore the custom Giorgio Armani Privé black silk architectural column gown to the Rome premiere of The Drama. Blanchett previously wore the dress in August 2025 at the Venice Film Festival and in 2022 at the SAG Awards. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Blanchett has a habit of re-wearing pieces from her personal archive to emphasize sustainability.

Zendaya’s latest role in The Drama, opposite Robert Pattinson, is something of art imitating life (only so far as the marriage bit). The film follows an engaged couple attempting to hold it together the week before their wedding when a SNAFU reveals a shocking revelation that could put everything in jeopardy.

Of course, the actress has been making headlines following rumors that she and Tom Holland said their I do’s. Earlier this month, Roach claimed that the couple had gotten married. “You missed it,” he told Access Hollywood of their wedding. Zendaya has neither confirmed nor denied that she and Holland tied the knot.

Since then, Zendaya and Roach have been committed to the marital theme, with the stylist curating several looks that align with the expression, “Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.”

For her Paris premiere, Zendaya wore “something new,” donning a white Louis Vuitton dress that featured an oversized black bow. For the LA premiere, she rewore her 2015 Oscars dress as her “something old,” courtesy of Vivienne Westwood, and for her recent Jimmy Kimmel Live! appearance, she wore a sheer McQueen dress as her “something blue.”
