What started as two friends, now partners, selling pieces from their personal vintage stash on Instagram has become a go-to source for A-listers like the Biebers, Emily Ratajkowski, and Bad Bunny. Meet Rebalance Vintage—the couple-led brand handpicking Harley tees, leather jackets, and rare finds from rag houses, giving them a second life through thoughtful restoration and styling.

Rebalance Vintage is the brainchild of founders and life partners Madeleine Kalisz and Isabel Kamin. The two met at a college party and bonded over a vintage leather jacket Kamin was wearing. Today, their brand offers a curated selection of vintage Harley-Davidson tees, Russell sweatshirts, and leather jackets.
“Being in a relationship while running a brand together means everything we create is deeply personal,” fourndres Kalisz and Kamin told Complex via e-mail. “We built this from the ground up, side by side, which makes every win (and every piece) feel that much more meaningful.”
Fan favorites from the brand include the “Save the Trees” hat, the Everyday Boxy Tee, and their signature leather jackets.
“We began selling pieces from our personal vintage collections, things we’d thrifted and collected for years, and posted them on Instagram. They started moving quickly. It wasn’t just the pieces; people connected with the curation, the storytelling, and the way we styled everything.” says Kalisz and Kamin.
Rebalance Vintage officially launched in 2020.
Celebrities like the Biebers, Emily Ratajkowski, and Bad Bunny have been spotted in Rebalance pieces over the years. When asked about their most memorable celebrity moment, the founders pointed to Pete Davidson wearing their ‘Save the Trees’ hat on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The founders spend hours sifting through piles of discarded garments from “rag houses.” Each piece is handpicked based on four criteria: character, story, timelessness, and wearability. After the selection process, every item is cleaned, spot-treated, and repaired to preserve the garment’s integrity while maintaining its uniqueness.
The founders commented “Nothing we release is random; every item is chosen and cared for with purpose.”
Rebalance also produces a vintage-inspired line of basics. Rebalance Collective offers elevated recreations of the founders’ favorite tees, hoodies, and leather jackets—designed with upgraded fit, fabric, fade, and drape.
